PPO(Preferred Provider Organization)-Can receive medical cared and services inside or outside of provider network. You also do not need referrals to see Specialists. In most cases these plans include prescription drug coverage.
PFFS(Private-Fee-For-Service)-May require use of network provider and must accept terms and conditions of the plan’s payments. This type of plan may not include prescription drug coverage. But you can purchase stand alone drug coverage, if you wish.
SNP(Special Needs Plan)-Provides services through a network of providers to people who have certain chronic conditions and to people who receive some level of State assistance (Medicaid) These plans always contain prescription drug coverage.
