If You Join a Medicare Advantage Plan…

1. You will present the Plan’s card, instead of the Medicare card, for ALL medical care.
2. Keep your Medicare in a safe place. DO NOT THROW AWAY.
3. You are still in the Medicare program and still receive ALL Medicare benefits.
4. You must continue to pay your Part B premium
5. You will be responsible for your Plan’s co-payments and coinsurance for services rendered.
6. Al plans will have a “Maximum Out Of Pocket” (MOOP).
7. You cannot purchase a stand alone prescription drug plan (PDP).
